Carrie is compassionate, respectful and understanding. She makes you feel like family. This is our second experience and we would not go anywhere else. She was very attentive to our needs, concerns 5 Stars is not enough. We give her a 10+.

Leslie Lerin J.

Response from the owner:Thank you, Leslie! We’re so glad Melanie Johnson and our team provided timely communication, prompt answers, and an efficient mortgage process from application through approval. We truly appreciate your trust in Approved Mortgage!
